Miranda runs the operational heart of the team — the day-to-day execution, document chasing, and the patient hand-holding that turns a confusing loan process into a clear set of next steps.

Specialty focus: first-time buyers, USDA rural loans, FHA, and helping families rebuild credit to position for a future home purchase.
